Thoughtfully designed by artist and illustrator Josh Avren, this set honors the heritage of the game with classic yet artistic depictions of the Bams, Craks, and Dots. Each tile is engraved and printed for crisp detail and long-lasting quality. The tiles feature a deep garnet back and an elegant ivory face for a timeless look.

Presented in a custom Sunday Mahjong box with coordinating dice and dice pouch. Mat & racks not included.

Subtle variations in color, finish, or patina are inherent to the artisan-crafted process — a mark of authenticity, not imperfection. Light surface marks that develop through regular washing (shuffling) and play are equally natural, and speak to a set well enjoyed. This set has a particularly glossy, smooth, reflective finish.
