Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us at support@sundaymahjong.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement.

Subtle variations and light surface marks/scuffs are inherent to the artisan-crafted production process and shuffling during play — a mark of authenticity, not imperfection.

Returns

We create every piece with care, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. All orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have questions before ordering, we’re happy to help.

We encourage you to review all product details and our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. In the rare case where we are able to cancel an order before it ships, a flat cancellation fee of $50 applies, regardless of circumstances, including preorders and production delays. Cancellation is never guaranteed.

Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a package is lost in transit, please notify us within 3 weeks of the shipping date. Orders returned due to address errors may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Modifications

We are unable to accommodate modifications once an order has been placed, including preorder items, even in the event of production delays.
