Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us at support@sundaymahjong.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement.
Subtle variations and light surface marks/scuffs are inherent to the artisan-crafted production process and shuffling during play — a mark of authenticity, not imperfection.
Returns
We create every piece with care, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. All orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have questions before ordering, we’re happy to help.
We encourage you to review all product details and our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
All sales are final, and cancellation is never guaranteed. Any shipping dates we share, including estimates shown in a product's title or description, are estimates only and can shift for many reasons. A delay does not change the terms below.
When we are able to cancel an item or order before it ships, you have two options:
- Store credit, no fee. We can move the full value of your canceled items to store credit toward a future purchase, with nothing deducted. Please note that store credit holds your value, not a place in line. Our sets are limited and often sell quickly, so credit is redeemed at a future release while sets are still available.
- Refund, flat $50 fee. We can refund your canceled items to the original payment method, less a flat $50 cancellation fee. This fee covers the payment processing that is not returned to us and the hands-on time each order requires.
Partial cancellations. These terms apply whether you cancel your entire order or only part of it. Keeping or receiving other items from the same order, including digital items, accessories, or complimentary pieces, does not change the terms above for the canceled items.
Refused and unclaimed shipments. A shipment that is refused, not signed for, or not collected within the carrier's pickup window is returned to us at our expense. These returns are refunded to the original payment method less the $50 cancellation fee, which also covers return shipping and replacement packaging. Shipping charges are not refunded, and the store credit option does not apply.
Shipping
Each order is prepared with care. Fulfillment typically requires 1–5 business days, with most orders shipping within 2 days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary, so we encourage placing orders well in advance if you require delivery for a special occasion.
When an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please confirm that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur an additional shipping charge for reshipment.
We provide coverage only for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us at support@sundaymahjong.com within 3 weeks of the shipping date so we can make it right. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipments come from the USA. For international orders, customs duties or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend reviewing your country's policies in advance to avoid unexpected costs.
Modifications
We are unable to accommodate modifications once an order has been placed, including preorder items, even in the event of production delays.
